"THE MUSIC MAKERS"...

I have always been interested in music, but even more intrigued by the

people who can actually make it. “The Music Makers” is an ongoing series

of oil paintings born out of my increasing fascination with musicians.

Like the infinite possibility of musical arrangements, this theme offers

me endless combinations of players, instruments, and compositions. A

background in animation lends a sense of movement and strong gesture to

the characters. I infuse energy and personality by using bold brush work,

vivid colours and through experimentation with textures.
